Refund policy
All Basil's Garage Power Cubes, Cable Kits, and associated accessories are hand-made to order. Please be certain of your purchase before completing the order process.
The following policy refers to those products manufactured by Basils Garage LLC. All products manufactured by companies other than Basils Garage LLC will have their own return/warranty policy. Those policies will be honored as the manufacturer specifies.
Order Cancellation:
Orders are eligible to be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After that, your order has likely entered production and cannot be canceled.
Returns:
Once you have received your order, we encourage you to carefully unpack and inspect it. If items appear damaged or missing, we will be happy to replace those items at no charge to you. If you find your entire order to be unsatisfactory, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the package. Please re-package your items carefully. The items must be in NEW condition and be in their original packaging.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 72 hours. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, LESS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@basilsgarage.com for approval and shipping instructions.
Shipping:
To return your product, please send us an email at Info@basilsgarage.com for approval and shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
